OUR GUARANTEE PERIOD : 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF INVOICE


EPOXY SOLUTIONS warrants that our high calibre of workmanship combined with the top quality materials used, allow us to guarantee your project for two full years and that this guarantee is one of the best in the business.

All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before guarantee claims can be processed.

OUR GUARANTEE:

  1. To back our installation for two full years from date of invoice.
  2. That our materials are of top quality and durability.
  3. That our work will not delaminate for the duration of the guarantee (See below for exceptions)
  4. That in case of coating failure, we will inspect failure, determine cause of failure, write up report if required and if found to be our issue, authorize repair to be done promptly.
  5. That all work will be done in a clean and professional manner by our forces.
  6. That we will do the work exactly as we specified

 

CONCRETE DISCLAIMER:

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONCRETE CRACK REPAIR. IF CONCRETE MOVES, IT WILL CRACK. IF IT DOES NOT MOVE. IT WILL NOT CRACK.

The above guarantee also excludes any delaminations caused by the permeation of any foreign matter from below or within the substrate, such as moisture vapour, oil, or silicons. Moisture vapour pressure (MVP) must never exceed 3 lbs./sq.ft. per 24 hours period at any given time or 4% moisture.

Also excluded are areas where there is insufficient bonding due to any foreign materials present in the substrate, such as oil saturation and/or a breakdown of  the substrate to the coating such as soft concrete.

Also excluded are areas used for purposes other than their design. The use of steel wheels on flooring, dragging of skids or dropping items with heavy point loads are considered damage.

Damage is not a claimable guarantee item.

 

POOL DISCLAIMER:

Concrete swimming pools that have multiple layers of protective coating on even after sand or soda blasting will still have remaining layers that are integrally sound at time of coating application. Possibly at some point in time intercoat delaminations may occur.

This occurrence is NOT covered by our guarantee. We do not guarantee against the pool epoxy fading or bleaching and any epoxy above water line is not recommended or guaranteed.

 

GENERAL DISCLAIMER:

For all guarantee claims an inspection report shall be issued to determine the cause of the failure. Any damage to the coating will have to be noted and repaired along with any warranty claimed areas. Damaged areas left unrepaired will grow larger and should be repaired asap. The owner will be required to pay for damaged areas at current prices. Failure to repair damaged areas voids guarantee.

This Guarantee is not transferable or negotiable.

This Guarantee does not include any provisions for loss of use.

This Guarantee supersedes any other Guarantee or representation, whether written oral or implied, hereto made between the parties.
